About Community Classroom at 540WMain

The Community Classroom room is a (250 square feet) intimate classroom space located at 540WMain.

Community Classroom is best suited for: 

  • Intimate conference room style meetings
  • Group discussions
  • Workshops
  • Lifestyle classes
  • The classroom can accommodate up to 20 people
  • Cost to rent: $25 per hour (+ cost of personnel)

Community Classroom is NOT suitable for:

  • Graduation parties, showers, or birthday parties
  • Any event that suited for more than 20 persons
About Douglass Auditorium at 36 King

Formerly known as the Frederick Douglass Resource Center this space is now owned by Oakgrove Management Group and co-managed by 540WMain.  The space is now a 80 seat community theatre and organizational co-share space. Organizations that currently co-share the Douglass space include:
