As a member organization, your team will receive unlimited access to 540 community classes. This means over 50 trainings a year rooted in social justice and
antiracism, ranging in topic from how to respond to microaggressions and the history
of gentrification, to exploring implicit bias and more.
Upon enrollment, your organization will receive a welcome kit which will include
exclusive company-wide access codes to our classes and team-centered resource lists
for future learning & discussion.

Designed and facilitated for organizations that have already begun their journey in antiracism and social justice.
Your organization has had prior conversations, meetings, or policy in place regarding equity and inclusion. Workshop themes include but are not limited to antiracism practice, implicit bias, and creating a positive workplace climate for diversity and inclusion.

We offer leadership coaching, board and leadership development, strategic planning, and other DEAI services at workplaces that have a commitment to antiracism and equity work at the institutional level.
