2nd Saturday Opening Reception featuring Faith Gruver | A Recap

This past Saturday was we had the pleasure of hosting another very successful 2nd Saturday Opening Art Reception featuring our April Featured Artist Faith Gruver.

We are thankful for everyone that came out on this gorgeous Saturday and supported a local artist
Faith’s family and friends were in full support and some amazing connections and creative collisions were made.
The community learned about Faith’s inspiration for her exhibit themed around braids that Black women curated to help them navigate the underground railroad on the journey to freedom.

540’s art events are quickly becoming the must attend of Rochester’s art community. We can’t wait to see you for the next art reception on Friday May 3rd, 2019
