Introduction to A Minimalist Lifestyle

Learn how minimalism can help you take back your power, save you money and help you find peace of mind. Learn how to say no to things, people and obligations that do not serve you. Learn how to minimalism can help you decipher the difference between a need and a want.

Join Amy Cavalier of Rochester Minimalists as she teaches us the basic tenants of the concept of minimalism and how to move towards living a minimalist lifestyle one step at a time. In addition, we’ll explore tips on how to get to the bottom of all that clutter and find a way to re-purpose or ensure it will find reuse, rather than disposing of it in a landfill.

The class will combine classroom style presentation, audience sharing, and interactive learning. Participants will leave armed with the basics of beginning a personal minimalist journey.
