**free**How to Become A Social Butterfly | May 5

540WMain Learning Academy presents:

How to Become A Social Butterfly

Are you shy or nervous around people? Would you like to learn how to become more sociable and make friends more easily? Are you interested in learning more about social activities happening in the Rochester area?

Social isolation, anxiety, awkwardness, shyness, and loneliness.
Technology contributes to loneliness? Less face to face
interaction. It’s OK to be quiet, shy, or introverted, it’s OK if a
person likes to be alone. People who are more outgoing are not
better than you. But if you want to learn how to be more
outgoing, this is the class

Karl Obine will show you how to shed your shell and learn how to be more outgoing and conversational in social settings in a safe and fun learning environment

—> Free and open to all adult 18+

—> This class is sponsored by Karl Obine a gracious community member
