Are you looking to get fit and learn how to improve your health through sustainable lifestyle changes and exercise?

Join 540WMain Learning Academy’s Fit & Well Challenge w/ Getting It Done Fitness for week # 2

This is the second week of a four week lifestyle & transformation challenge where participants will weigh in weekly, workout using strength and circuit training, and have in person coaching to help meet their fitness goals.
