How to Claim: One winner will be selected at random

Giveaway Details

To claim your free community room rental, you will be sent an email from info540westmain@gmail.com). Community Rooms must be booked during the month of September or October 2017

Giveaway Terms:

Community Room must be booked during the month of September or October 2017
– Rental for this prize only includes the use of the “Community Room space for up to 8 hours
– You can only rent one single day (rental cannot occur over multiple days)
– Renter must agree to event being filmed and photographed by 540WMain staff
– Rental date must be available and open
– Free Rental does not include the use of tables or chairs.
– Free rental does not include the rental of the 540WMain Kitchen or Gallery Atrium Spaces.*
– * Rental of additional spaces, or equipment would incur appropriate fees.
– Community Room can hold up to 25 persons sitting and 45 persons standing
– Instagram and/or Facebook are not sponsors nor is involved in these promotions in any way
– 540WMain Community Learning Academy reserves the right to change the terms of this giveaway at anytime
