On Saturday July 29 540WMain Community Learning Academy will celebrate the launch of its new gift shop located inside our Gallery Atrium. This special celebration will take place from 5- 7 PM and is free and open to all.

About The Rochester Makers Gift Shop

The Rochester Maker’s Gift Shop is a culmination of months of renovations and remodeling inside our historic multi-use space. The gift shop will host a diverse array of handmade and natural bath and body product’s from a variety of local Rochester makers and artisans.

A carefully curated selection of goods have been approved for the summer semester including:

Each one of our summer vendors are local, women owned, and handcrafted.  We are elated to collaborate with each one of them to bring this gift shop to the community. The Maker’s Gift Shop will be open during the academy’s normal hours of operation and accepts cash, Paypal, and credit cards as forms of payment.

In addition to the Gift Shop the academy will offer a rotating selection of gluten free pastries and baked goods courtesy the gluten free chef.

How It Works

The selection of vendors and products will rotate with our seasonal semesters. All vendors selected must be local to the region and be artists or  handmakers. Products must be safe for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitives as well as rooted in art, health, education or wellness.

If you are interested in being a gift shop vendor for a future semester visit our Gift Shop Page.

and don’t forget to attend the Gift Shop Launch party on Saturday July 29 from 5- 7 PM
