We are pleased to invite all Rochester health, wellness, and artisan brands to participate as vendors at the 540WMain Community Learning Academy One Year Anniversary Mingle event on Saturday August 26 from 4-7 PM.
The mingle will be held at 540WMain. We are excited to share our most recent renovations in our historic space. The Anniversary Mingle will be a great way for vendors to connect their brand and business to more members of the community as well as see many of the amazing developments happening right outside our doorstep in the Susan B. neighborhood.

What is the cost?
The cost for a booth at the Anniversary Mingle is FREE with a $50 suggested donation. As a thank you for your support we are allowing all vendors to donate from the heart.
What type of vendors are you looking for?
All vendors must be in the arena of natural, health, wellness, and handmade artisans/artists.
Can vendors sell products?
Yes. All vendors are encouraged to sell products and services at the mingle.
Can I pass this invitation to other vendors in my network?
Absolutely. We want as many folks as possible to mingle and celebrate with us on August 26th.
What does my donation support? Your donation will help us fundraise for our Community Courtyard Teaching Renovation Campaign. You can learn more about the campaign here:
How do I apply as a vendor? I am accepting applications on a first come basis. The application is attached. You can return it as a scanned pdf or via mail.
How do I make my vendor booth donation? Donations can be made in a variety of ways: Just select your preferred method on your application:

Do I have to donate?
No you don’t but we strongly encourage you to. The $50 suggested donation is a guide but vendors can donate more or less. As a mission based organization much of the work that happens at 540WMain continues based on the monetary support of our partners and the community.
The application deadline is Thursday August 17, 2017. But remember we only have about 14 vendor spaces. Submitting your application and vendor donation as soon as possible is recommended.
What if I cannot attend? Can I still support?
If you cannot attend our Anniversary Mingle as a vendor in person you can absolutely still be a part of the festivities. I have created an Online/Social Media Vendor platform for businesses interested but unable to attend in person.

Under this arrangement you and your business receives a spotlight interview on 540westmain.org as well as a 5 day feature on the 540 instagram and facebook platforms during a 5 day period of your choosing. The suggested donation for this platform is $50
